This is the first in a series of videos on the theme of “Beat Plastic Pollution” for World Environment Day on 5 June 2018 exploring my interaction with plastic & the opportunities for going plastic-less.
It deals with my personal confession of an addiction to plastic through a “love-hate” relationship. My confession recognises that it is a common and important material, which is used in many products that we use on a daily basis but it, also, has a darker side in terms of the environmental impacts and pollution caused by its misuse.
Further videos in this series will explore my interaction with plastic through shopping, work, leisure and at meal times & the opportunities for going plastic-less.
